Pinedale Shores Lakeside Community
Established 1955
The Pinedale Shores Property Owners Association
Pinedale Shores has one of the oldest neighborhood associations in Alabama, formed in 1957, and all property in the Pinedale Shores subdivision is part of the owners' association.
Pinedale Shores Subdivision parcels have a legal description that includes the lot, subdivision section, and the applicable subdivision map, e.g. "Lot 1 PINEDALE SHORES SEC A 4-25G." Every parcel with a Pinedale Shores Subdivision legal description is bound by the Developer's deed restrictions as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St Clair County, Alabama in 1955 and 1957.
Closing agents and title insurers are liable for ascertaining any outstanding dues, violations, or assessments before closing on any parcel in the subdivision.
The new Association member must provide a deed to the PSPOA support team to update membership registry. Members must coordinate with the PSPOA regarding membership cards and boat registration before using the lake or launches.
Benefits from The PSPOA
The Association maintains the 225-acre Pinedale Lake, the spillway, beach with boat launch, civic center, Lollipop Island and a main office located at 85 Shore Drive.
If you need assistance from the association, please call 205-594-5426, Monday – Friday between 9am-4pm or email us at pinedaleshorespoa@gmail.com. Office hours are by appointment.
Property owners pay dues in the amount of $75 per year for parcels with structures and $40 per year for undeveloped parcels.
Dues are due on September 1 of every year.
